Our ridge lots are wider and offer unobstructed views toward Fish Creek Provincial Park or Heritage Pointe Golf Club. The extra width gives you more flexibility in the home design, while the elevated setting lets you enjoy changing views throughout the seasons.
Our pond and interior lots are slightly narrower and are designed for homes with a smaller overall footprint, offering a more approachable starting point while still providing many of the features our homeowners are looking for. Many offer walkout basements, beautiful pond or community views and the opportunity for a triple-car garage.
Each lot type offers something different, and our team can help you find the right fit based on the home you want to build, the features that matter to you and your overall budget.
